Introductory Classes

Anima PrepChoir is an introductory class for Second and Third Graders. This class teaches children to sing properly, move to music, basic musicianship and helps them develop self-confidence. Classes meet on Mondays from 6:15 to 7:15 at the Glen Ellyn Recreation Center at 501 Hill in Glen Ellyn.

Anima KidSingers is an introductory class for children from Kindergarten and First grade. This entry-level program helps children find their singing voice, learn to move to music and develop self confidence.

Classes meet once a week for one hour at the following locations:

• Tuesdays at the Main Street Recreation Center in Glen Ellyn
• Wednesdays at the McAninch Arts Center at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn

Lombard Singers is a new program in collaboration with District 44, welcoming District 44 third through fifth graders. The program meets each Monday, from 4:00 to 5:15 pm at Glenn Westlake Middle School. For more information, call 630-858-2471.
