“We are excited to have Mark and Sue join the board at Anima,” said William Hupp, President of Anima’s Board of Directors. “Community participation on the board has been an important ingredient in Anima's 49 year history. Their well known enthusiasm and personal commitment to making our community better make them a perfect fit for our board.” Pfefferman also served as a Glen Ellyn and College of DuPage trustee, and Elwart is a former Chicago Symphony Orchestra board member.
“I’ve admired Anima and the Glen Ellyn Children’s Chorus for many of its 50 years of existence,” said Pfefferman. “I am humbled and honored to become part of such a fine team and look forward to watching the chorus grow and prosper.”
Elwart adds, “I am thrilled to be part of the Anima Board and hope to use my experience from my previous work world as a career trust and estate administrator and other philanthropic endeavors. My focus has always been music and education.”
